- iOS/iPadOS 13 이상의 최신 버전으로 업데이트 후 사용해 주시기 바랍니다. MFi 장착 여부 관계 없이 iOS용 모드로 연결하시면 S2i, S3i, S5i, S5b, S3b, S2b 로 게임패드를 사용할 수 있습니다.
- 아스트로 플레이룸 게임과 같이 자이로센서 기능이나, 터치패드 동작 등의 기능이 반드시 필요한 게임에서는 사용할 수 없습니다.
- 일반 진동은 작동하지 않습니다.
- (iOS/iPadOS 16) DualSense 사용 시 일반 진동을 제외한 거의 모든 기능은 정상 작동합니다.
- (iOS/iPadOS 16) 80001FFF 오류가 나타나는 경우 아래와 같이 진행하십시오.
- iOS/iPadOS 의 설정 앱 → Bluetooth 를 통해 게임패드를 사전에 쌍으로 연결(페어링) 합니다.
- 페어링을 완료하면 연결한 게임패드를 끕니다.
- PS Remote App을 실행하고 콘솔 장치와 연결합니다.
- 콘솔 장치의 화면이 나타나면 게임패드를 켜고 게임을 이용하면 정상 사용이 가능합니다.
- (iOS/iPadOS 16) SHAKS H1 모델을 닌텐도 스위치 용으로 연결하여 사용하면 로고 버튼 사용이 가능합니다. iOS 사용 시 게임패드 로고 버튼(전원 버튼)에 관련된 안내를 참고해 주십시오.

Android / Google TV 안내
안드로이드 및 Google TV에 출시된 PS Remote 앱은 개발사(SONY)가 정책상 이유로 DualShock4(PS4) 또는 DualSence (PS5) 만 사용 가능하게 제한하고 있습니다. PS4 호환 컨트롤러 역시 바로 사용할 수 없는 것으로 확인되었습니다.
- Android 기기에서 사용하는 경우, 매핑 기능을 사용할 수 있는 SHAKS S2i/b, S3i/b, S5i/b 모델을 사용하여 매핑 기능을 적용하면 터치를 대신하여 게임패드를 사용할 수 있습니다. 각 제품의 매핑 기능을 확인해 보시기 바랍니다.
- 서드 파티 앱 중 하나인 PSPlay 앱은 컨트롤러 구분 없이 사용 가능하지만, 유료 앱으로 판매 중입니다.
앱 운영 정책에 따라 얼마든지 변경 될 수 있습니다.

For iPhone/iPad/Apple TV
- Please update to the latest version of iOS/iPadOS 13 or higher and use it.

Android is only available to DualShock4 (PS4) or DualSence (PS5) for policy reasons by the app developer (SONY). Compatible controllers for PS4 made by other manufacturers are also not available.
